Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I clean my Nutribullet blender?

Hand-wash the blade immediately after use. The cup and accessories are dishwasher-safe on the top rack. Unplug the unit and wipe the base with a damp cloth. Do not put the blade or base in the dishwasher.

  • Which ingredients should not be put in a Nutribullet?

Do not blend hot ingredients such as coffee or carbonated drinks such as soft drinks in a Nutribullet blender, (except for certain models such as the nutribullet Blender and nutribullet Blender Combo).

These ingredients may increase the pressure inside the cup, damaging the machine’s components and potentially posing a safety risk to the user.

  • Can the Nutribullet cup go in the microwave or freezer?

Do not put the Nutribullet cup in the microwave or freezer, as extremely low temperatures can make the cup brittle and prone to cracking or breaking.

  • Can the rubber gasket in the blade be replaced?

Cannot be replaced. The rubber gasket is permanently attached to the blade assembly and cannot be removed for separate replacement. This design makes cleaning easier and helps prevent food from getting trapped inside.

If the gasket is worn, torn or loose, you should replace the entire blade assembly. In addition, to keep your blender working properly, you should replace the blade assembly approximately every 6 months, depending on how often you use it.

  • How long is the blender’s warranty?

All NutriBullet products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Why do I need to register my blender for warranty?

Registering your blender for warranty makes it easier for us to verify that your product is a genuine Nutribullet and provide faster support when you need warranty service.

  • How do I register my blender for warranty?

Please contact Nutribullet and provide the warranty registration form or the 15-digit serial number printed on the label underneath the base (between the feet), together with a purchase invoice/receipt showing the date, product and seller’s name.

  • Why aren’t my ingredients blending smoothly?

Add a little liquid, such as water or milk, to help the blender operate more easily. Add ingredients in this order: Leafy greens → Fruit → Powders, seeds and nut butter → Liquid → Ice.

  • Why is the blade difficult to remove after blending?

During blending, pressure inside the cup increases as the ingredients are blended. Do not fill ingredients above the MAX line. You should blend in several short cycles to reduce pressure and make it easier to remove the blade.

  • Can accessories be shared between different Nutribullet ranges?

Not all Nutribullet parts and accessories are interchangeable. Each blender range is designed with cups and blades that are specifically compatible with each model. You should therefore use the correct compatible accessories to prevent premature wear or damage.

  • How often should the blade be replaced?

The blade should be replaced every 6 months. You may replace it sooner if you use the blender frequently or the blade is worn.

  • Why is my NutriBullet blender making an unusual noise?

The blade may make unusual noises when worn or obstructed. Depending on how often it is used, we recommend replacing the blade every 6 months.

If the blade starts making unusual noises, this may indicate that you need to replace it.

  • Where can I find the blender’s serial number?

The serial number is printed on the white label below the barcode on the underside of the motor base, or recorded on the warranty registration card included with the product.

  • I registered for the warranty, but the system reported an error?

The serial number consists of a sequence of digits and may contain 1 or 2 letters. When entering the serial number, please check it carefully and avoid confusing the letter “I” with the number “1” or the letter “S” with the number “5”.

If you have checked that the serial number is correct but the system still reports an error, please contact Nutribullet Vietnam for further assistance.
